Edition 2025 — Regine Valli di Lanzo

In 2025, the Regine Valli di Lanzo Exhibition and Competition once again brought Cafasse and Cascina Ressia to life with the traditional 'Battle of the Queens'. Aosta Valley cattle challenged each other in instinctive bouts to determine the queen of each herd, in a free-entry rural festival that inaugurated the annual circuit of the Regine delle Valli di Lanzo Competition.

The 2025 edition of the Regine Valli di Lanzo Exhibition and Competition confirmed Cafasse's strong bond with the tradition of alpine farming. On this occasion, Aosta Valley cattle faced off in the famous 'Battle of the Queens' at Cascina Ressia, divided by weight and age categories.

The event, organized by the J'amis d'le Reines d'le Val ad Lans Association, opened the Valli di Lanzo competition circuit, drawing breeders, families, and enthusiasts to celebrate the stars of the Piedmontese alpine pastures. A day of popular celebration with free admission, in the heart of the Metropolitan City of Turin.
