Edition 2025 — Cheese Focaccia Festival

In June 2025, the twentieth edition of the Recco Cheese Focaccia and Trofie al Pesto Festival took place in Piazza San Carlo in Casal Cermelli (AL). On this occasion, the Pro Loco offered Recco cheese focaccia and trofie al pesto, with the inevitable musical evenings at the Pagliarella that enlivened the Alessandria village.

2025 Edition

The Recco Cheese Focaccia and Trofie al Pesto Festival celebrated one of its editions in 2025 at Piazza San Carlo, in Casal Cermelli (Alessandria, Piedmont). The Pro Loco Casal Cermelli, with the usual commitment of its volunteers, brought back the Ligurian specialties at the heart of the festival: Recco cheese focaccia and trofie al pesto.

The evenings were accompanied by live music at the Pagliarella, confirming the success of an event that attracts numerous visitors from the province and beyond every year.
