Edition 2025 — Reading Under the Stars

The tenth edition of Reading Under the Stars took place in Nettuno from July 30 to August 6, 2025, with seven guest authors at the Pro Loco beach club. An important milestone for what the organizers describe as one of the first literary salons on the coast south of Rome, featuring fantasy fiction, poetry, aphorisms, non-fiction, and 20th-century history, in evenings open to the public by the sea.

The tenth edition

In 2025, Reading Under the Stars celebrated its tenth edition, scheduled from July 30 to August 6 as part of the summer events of the Pro Loco Nettuno. Seven authors were invited, one for each evening.

Opening the festival was Fabiana de Santis with the dark and LGBTQ+ saga "I Guardiani dell'umanità". This was followed by Maurizio Stasi with an essay dedicated to Atlantis, Maria Vittoria Catapano with her award-winning poems, Olivia Gobetti with a collection of aphorisms, Stefania del Vecchio (August 4) with "Nulla è come sembra", Alfredo Incolligo with a musical tale of 1984, and, to close, Mauro Valentini, Simona Berterame, and Linda Moberg with "Le due vite di Linda".

The edition was part of a particularly dense summer in Nettuno, alongside "Un tuffo al cuore", the Nettuno Summer Music Fest, and the food and wine events promoted by the Pro Loco.
