Re-enactment of the Riflemen of San Nicola

In 2025, the Re-enactment of the Riflemen of San Nicola confirmed its May event in San Giuliano del Sannio in honor of the patron saint. Participants in historical costume, armed with replicas of ancient arquebuses, paraded through the streets of the village in the Molise Sannio region, firing the traditional blank shots.

The event renewed a tradition documented since 1724, a symbol of the town's identity in the province of Campobasso and a moment of strong involvement for the community and returning emigrants.

The 2025 edition featured the parade of the Riflemen of San Nicola in historical costume with blank shots from replica ancient arquebuses along the village streets, in honor of the patron saint, following the tradition passed down since 1724.
