Edition 2025 — Mostra Bastardo e Morlacco

In 2025 too, the Rassegna dei Formaggi del Grappa enlivened Malga Campo Croce, above Borso del Grappa: the competition awarded the hard work of the malghesi with the best Bastardo and Morlacco del Grappa, accompanied by tastings and mountain pasture products in the setting of the Massif.

The 2025 edition of the Rassegna dei Formaggi del Grappa confirmed the tradition at Malga Campo Croce, with the competition awarding the best Bastardo and Morlacco cheeses produced by the Grappa malghesi. Amidst tastings and mountain pasture products, the day celebrated the mountain cheesemaking culture and the work of the plateau's breeders, under the organization of A.Pro.La.V.

Programme

The 2025 edition featured the competition and awards ceremony for the best Bastardo and Morlacco cheeses from the malghesi, with tastings and mountain pasture products at Malga Campo Croce.
