Rapano in Festa

The 7th edition of Rapano in Festa took place on Friday, August 8, 2025, in Rapano Inferiore, a village in the Municipality of Rometta (ME), starting at 8:30 PM. As is tradition, the event organized by the Associazione Insieme per Rapano brought the village streets to life with tastings of local specialties: homemade bread, maccheroni al sugo, cornetti, and other peasant cuisine delicacies.

The program included the customary photo exhibition dedicated to the history of the village, a visit to the ancient olive mill, and a musical performance that accompanied the evening. It was a heartfelt event for the Rometta community, designed to promote the culture, history, and folklore of this Peloritani village.
