Edition 2025 — Rally del Matese
The 12th Rally del Matese, August 2025
The 2025 edition of the race organized by New Matese MotorSport ASD, presided over by Gennaro Gentile, was held on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, with validity for the Zone Rally Cup, the circuit that groups Abruzzo, Campania, Lazio, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, and Calabria. The organizers had announced an "entirely new" track compared to previous editions.
After the show stage held on Saturday evening in the center of Piedimonte Matese, nine special stages followed on Sunday, distributed among the municipalities of Alife, San Potito Sannitico, and Gioia Sannitica, at the foot of the Matese massif.

- 1st Francesco Rizzello – Cristian Quarta (Skoda Fabia R5), in 45'01"4 over the ten timed stages
- 2nd Riccardo Di Iuorio – Gino Abatecola, 41"8 behind the leader
- 3rd Carmine Tribuzio – Mattia Cipriani, in 47'12"2
The success of the Apulian duo confirmed the interregional appeal of the Caserta race, capable of attracting crews from all over Southern Italy.
