Raduno Amici de Montagna - Costa di Trex Mountain Friends Gathering

The XXXIX Edition (2025)

In 2025, the Raduno Amici de Montagna celebrated its 39th edition from August 1 to 10 in Costa di Trex, a hamlet of Assisi in the Subasio Park. Ten days full of events combining culture, sport, and conviviality, organized by the local Pro Loco chaired by Marina Rosati.

The gathering alternated live music, conferences on mountain traditions, card tournaments, book presentations, photographic exhibitions, and sports activities, concluding with a free excursion on Monte Subasio.

Friday, August 1

• 6:00 PM — "Singing Aloud", humanistic music with Anonima Frottolisti (free entry)
• 9:30 PM — Live music with the duo Cesare & Samantha

Saturday, August 2

• Conference "Mountain Traditions: roots, stories, and people", with greetings from Marina Rosati (Pro Loco) and Stefania Proietti (Region of Umbria)

Sunday, August 3

• Sports day with trail running and walks

Tuesday, August 5 - Thursday, August 7

• August 5 — Buraco and Briscola tournaments
• August 6 — Presentation of the book "Il memoriale di Enzo Boccacci"
• August 7 — Inauguration of the exhibition "Faces, landscapes, traditions, and crafts" and quiz game

Sunday, August 10

• Free 9 km excursion "Discovering Monte Subasio, Costa di Trex, and the Tescio valley" (320 m elevation gain, return around 11:30 AM, refreshment offered by the Pro Loco)
