Radici del Sud

The twentieth edition of Radici del Sud, held from June 4 to 9, 2025, celebrated the first twenty years of the event dedicated to the wines and olive oils of Southern Italy. In the setting of the former Paolo Cassano Distillery in Gioia del Colle, in the province of Bari, over seventy exhibitors presented the excellence of Puglia, Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Sardinia, and Sicily.

The heart of the edition was the blind tasting of Southern wines, entrusted to four juries of Italian and foreign experts, with the goal of introducing authentic and still little-known labels to international markets. On June 9, the public day offered the awards ceremony for the winning wines and the opening of the exhibition hall with the producers.
