Quinto Flauto Festival 2025 — 5th edition
The fifth edition of the Quinto Flauto Festival was held in Calascibetta (Enna) from July 5th to 9th, 2025, confirming its status as the only major event entirely dedicated to the flute in Sicily.
The program brought together competitions, masterclasses, seminars, concerts, and workshops, conducted with great professionalism and passion. Among the prestigious guests and teachers of the 2025 edition were Jean-Louis Beaumadier, Riccardo Ghiani, Naoyuki Hosokawa, Vero Poltz, and Domenico Testaì, along with the Albisiphon Ensemble, the Flute Orchestra, and masters Carmelo Castagna and Emilio Galante.
For 2025, the festival also hosted the "Angelo Faja" International Competition, offering young flutists an opportunity for comparison and growth in the heart of inland Sicily.
