Edition 2025 — Quincinetto Carnival
The 43rd edition of the Quincinetto Carnival drew masks and families to the village for three days of celebration in the spirit of Canavese tradition. On Saturday, March 8, the appearance of the characters on the Town Hall balcony opened the festivities, followed by the torchlight parade with the 'Pifferi e Tamburi dell'Olmetto' and the masked ball at the Dante Conrero Auditorium with the Acquamarina orchestra and a costume contest.
On Sunday, March 9, after Mass, came the most anticipated moment: the blessing and distribution of the 'fagioli grassi' in the presence of the historical characters, followed in the afternoon by the parade from Piazzetta San Rocco with the 'Filarmonica Aurora'. On Friday, March 14, the festivities concluded with the traditional polenta and cod dinner. The event was managed by the Municipality, the Pro Loco, and the 2007 conscripts.
