Edition 2025 — Pursèl Festival
The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Pursèl di Fiesse re-presented the pork festival of the Bassa Bresciana, organized by Pro Loco Fiesse APS. Three days of traditional cuisine at the end of November, with two menus and the pork processing demonstration by the Norcini Lombardi, attracted gourmets from all over the province of Brescia.
The Sagra del Pursèl di Fiesse confirmed its appeal again in 2025, re-presenting at the end of November the gastronomic festival dedicated to pork in the Bassa Bresciana.
Organized by Pro Loco Fiesse APS, the festival offered the two traditional menus – simpler on Friday, complete on the weekend – and the characteristic pork processing demonstration by the "Norcini Lombardi", which every year on Sunday revives the gestures of the Po Valley's pork butchery tradition.
