Prospettiva Dante 2025 — «versi d'amore e prose di romanzi»
The 14th edition of Prospettiva Dante was held in Ravenna from September 17 to 21, 2025, in the Ancient Franciscan Cloisters owned by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna, with the scientific direction of the Accademia della Crusca. The edition's title, «versi d'amore e prose di romanzi» (verses of love and prose of novels), was taken from verse 118 of Canto XXVI of Purgatory.
The five days, all with free admission, featured a mix of conferences, staged readings, shows, and music, with guests such as Gabriele Lavia, Tosca, Paolo Rumiz, Jacopo Veneziani, Roberto Mercadini, Don Bernardo Gianni, and numerous scholars and performers. Art historian Jacopo Veneziani was awarded the Dante Web Prize, with a reflection on "Dante's Journey in Art History." The event concluded on Sunday, September 21.
