Edition 2025 — Tornimparte Prosciutto Festival
The 2025 edition
The Prosciutto Festival and Mountain Feast returned in August 2025 in the usual setting of Villagrande, at the foot of Monte Ruella, in the Municipality of Tornimparte (Province of L'Aquila, Abruzzo). Faithful to the tradition of the second weekend of August, the event had its central moment on Sunday, August 10.
As usual, the Pro Loco Tornimparte food stalls offered local prosciutto, the typical ndricoj soup with legumes and sauté, fried pizzas, arrosticini, and homemade desserts, accompanied by local wines and cheeses. There was no shortage of mountain songs, folk music, craft markets, and spaces dedicated to families and children, in an atmosphere of outdoor celebration among the woods of the L'Aquila Apennines.
