Edition 2025 — Prosciuttiamo
The 2025 edition of Prosciuttiamo was held from June 13 to 15 in Saint-Marcel. The festival kicked off on Friday evening with an interview with ski champions Federica Brignone and Giorgia Collomb, hosted by the historic RAI voice Carlo Gobbo, followed by a concert by Duo Maravilla – The Fonz. Saturday featured the Vertical Saint-Marcel "a 1000" mountain running race, and in the evening, a concert by Alice in Wonderband – Re Beat. Sunday concluded with food stalls along the Via del Prosciutto and a musical evening with Erik et Le Poudzo Valdoten. A consolidated formula of taste, sport, and music that attracted thousands of visitors.
