Proposta is a historic review of contemporary drama that involves Valtrompia and neighboring municipalities, including Gussago, in the province of Brescia. Organized by the cultural association Treatro – Terre di Confine in collaboration with the Mountain Community and with the support of the Lombardy Region, the review brings quality performances to the civic halls of the area, creating a widespread and accessible theatrical journey.

In Gussago, the review stops at the Sala Civica Togni, a venue that regularly hosts theatre, meetings, and cultural initiatives. The Gussago program is part of the broader Proposta lineup, offering spectators from the Municipality and surrounding areas the opportunity to attend contemporary theatrical productions without having to travel to larger cities.

"Eva. Diary of a Rib"

Among the featured performances is "Eva. Diary of a Rib", a monologue written and performed by Rita Pelusio, with live musical accompaniment by violinist Marta Pistocchi. The show addresses the theme of knowledge and choice through the biblical figure of Eve, presenting itself as a "praise of female disobedience": the protagonist chooses to eat the forbidden fruit, renouncing Paradise in exchange for awareness. An intense and current text, blending irony and reflection.

For Gussago and Valtrompia, the Proposta review represents an important cultural outpost, capable of bringing contemporary theatre into contact with local communities. Free admission makes it an initiative open to all, in line with the event's mission to spread theatrical culture in the Brescia region.
