Edition 2025 — Promano in Festa

In 2025, Promano in Festa enlivened the hamlet of Promano, Città di Castello, with the traditional castrato festival. In the stands of the Area Verde on Via Romana, adult sheep meat was cooked according to local recipes, while the evenings came alive with music and dancing, in a convivial village atmosphere.

The 2025 edition of Promano in Festa confirmed its gastronomic and popular vocation. In the hamlet of Promano, Città di Castello, the Pro Loco stands set up in the Area Verde on Via Romana offered castrato cooked according to local tradition, accompanied by dishes from Umbrian cuisine. The evenings were enlivened by music and dancing, in a festive and convivial atmosphere that attracted visitors from the area. An event that tells the authenticity of the villages of the Upper Tiber Valley.
