Edition 2025 — Madonna dell'Altomare

In 2025, the Procession of the Madonna dell'Altomare returned to Andria on Tuesday, June 10, the first Tuesday after Pentecost. The statue of the Virgin left the sanctuary of Piazza Altomare at 6:00 PM for the customary procession through the streets of the historic center, welcomed by a sea of faithful in a moment of faith and tradition deeply felt by the city.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition took place on Tuesday, June 10, in line with the tradition that sets the procession on the first Tuesday after Pentecost. The procession departed from the Sanctuary of Maria SS.ma dell'Altomare, in Piazza Altomare, at 6:00 PM, winding through the main streets of Andria's historic center before returning to the sanctuary.

As every year, the event attracted thousands of Andria residents and devotees from neighboring towns, confirming the vitality of a Marian cult rooted in the city since 1598.
