Proceno Music Festival (Francigena Musical Itineraries)

The 2025 edition

The third edition of Francigena Musical Itineraries opened on June 7, 2025, and ran until September 27 with ten appointments: four in June, two in July, and four in September. The season then continued with the autumn program of the Proceno Music Festival, which added about fifteen musical events from September 6 to November 2, recognized by the Ministry of Culture.

Among the year's guests was pianist Laura Manzini, a collaborator of Salvatore Accardo and member of the Trio Estrio, making her first appearance in Proceno, alongside musicians from the Insieme Strumentale di Roma, violinist Carlo Parazzoli, and soprano Minni Diodati. There was no shortage of theatrical concerts, such as the show dedicated to the Great War, and the youth saxophone orchestra Sonora Sax. In 2025, the format remained free admission, in a village of the Viterbo Tuscia that has found a distinct musical identity in the Lazio calendar through this festival.
