In December 2025, the Municipality of Misilmeri renewed its Christmas appointment organized by the local Pro Loco. "The Village Saturdays (Menzel el Emir)" markets returned to Piazza Comitato, with stalls from local artisans and small producers set up by volunteers, accompanied by bagpipers, DJ sets, concerts, children's workshops, theater, and contemporary circus performances.

The folk Christmas music festival "E nasciu u Bammineddu" took place in the town's churches, with concerts dedicated to the Sicilian Christmas tradition. The free event confirmed its role as a reference point for the Misilmeri community during the holidays.
