Edition 2025 — Prima d'Oc

In 2025, Prima d'Oc celebrated its twentieth edition from May 2 to 4 in Demonte. A rich calendar combined tradition and innovation: the screening of the film "The Eight Mountains", Occitan music workshops, dance classes with Daniela Mandrile, the grand Occitan dinner, the concert by Les Randoulines, and the Gran Baldub with Sergio Berardo and Madasky, in addition to the fair and Sunday dances.

The twentieth edition of Prima d'Oc, held in Demonte from May 2 to 4, 2025, marked an important milestone for the festival that opens the Occitan season of Occit'amo. Friday evening featured the screening of the film "The Eight Mountains", based on the novel by Paolo Cognetti. Saturday was dedicated to Occitan music workshops, dance classes with Daniela Mandrile, the grand dinner at the Palatenda, the concert by Les Randoulines, and the Gran Baldub animated by Sergio Berardo and Madasky. On Sunday, between the Prima d'Oc fair, mass with Occitan chants, the Pro Loco aperitif, and lunch, the festival concluded with music in the village streets and the final Grand Ball at the Amphitheatre.
