Premio Valeria Moriconi – Protagonista della Scena

The fifth edition of the Premio Valeria Moriconi took place on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at the G.B. Pergolesi Theatre in Jesi. The award was presented to Elena Bucci, an actress and director who has won the Eleonora Duse Award, two Ubu Awards, and two Hystrio Awards.

The award was presented to her at the end of the performance “Canto alle vite infinite” (Song to infinite lives), an original creation by Bucci herself with live piano and accordion music by Christian Ravaglioli, a tribute to Romagna and the areas affected by the flood. The “Futuro della Scena” award was given to Marina Occhionero. The evening confirmed the format that combines author's theatre with the memory of the great actress from Jesi, in the spirit of promoting the role of women on stage.
