Edition 2025 — Premio Jalarde

The fifth edition of the Premio Jalarde took place on August 17-18, 2025, in Rignano Garganico, alongside the "Tonino Del Vecchio" Journalism Award. Two evenings dedicated to the memory of the brigand Gabriele Galardi and the stories of residents and "Friends of Rignano" who have excelled worldwide, from Australia to Taiwan, in culture, social commitment, art, and professional fields.

Premio Jalarde 2025 — the fifth edition

The fifth edition of the Premio Jalarde enlivened the village of Rignano Garganico, in the Gargano, on August 17-18, 2025, together with the Journalism Award named after Tonino Del Vecchio, the event's creator who passed away in 2024. The festival confirmed its vocation: to recount Southern history through the figure of the brigand Gabriele Galardi and to promote talents connected to the town.

Among the 2025 honorees: Luke Del Vecchio (university professor in Australia), Rachele Campaniello (Italian teacher in Taiwan), Giovanna Fania (pharmacist and cosmetologist), Samuel Mui (Italian-African artist), Pietro Carfagna (Franciscan friar and writer), and Vincenzo Maria Berardi (scholar of Galardi), along with posthumous awards and special mentions for "Friends of Rignano".
