Edition 2025 — Pratiglione Carnival
In 2025, the Pratiglione Carnival once again enlivened the Canavese town with festivities organized by the Pro Loco. Amidst masks, music, and conviviality, the traditional 'Fagioli e Quaiette' bean feast—the dish of beans and pork rinds that draws enthusiasts to the Salone Riccardo Genisio every year—was a highlight.
2025 Edition
The 2025 Pratiglione Carnival upheld the tradition of the 'Balcony of the Canavese', with festivities curated by the Pratiglione Pro Loco. The party, hosted at the Salone polivalente Riccardo Genisio, combined, as it does every year, the convivial masquerade atmosphere with the traditional 'Fagioli e Quaiette' bean feast, a peasant specialty made of slow-cooked white beans and pork rinds. A popular event that renewed the community's bond with its gastronomic roots.
