Edition 2025 — Goat Festival

The 2025 edition of the Prati Fair and Goat Festival took place in Roccagorga from August 16th to 18th, 2025, over three consecutive days in the industrial fairgrounds. As per tradition, goat meat stewed according to the Lepini shepherd's recipe was the star of the food stalls set up in the Prati locality, accompanied by exhibition stands and evening entertainment that attracts visitors from across the province of Latina.

The 2025 edition was held in Roccagorga from August 16th to 18th, 2025, confirming its traditional placement in the days immediately following Ferragosto. The event took place in the industrial fairgrounds, with food stalls dedicated to goat stew set up in the Prati locality.

Alongside the gastronomic offerings, the three days reprised the fair's established formula: commercial and craft stalls, local products from the Lepini Mountains, spaces for families, and evening entertainment. The event confirmed the role of the Prati Fair as one of the most deeply rooted popular festivals in the province of Latina, a direct heir to the goods and livestock market established in 1947.
