Edition 2025 — Fried Fish Festival

The 16th edition of the Pozzolatico Fried Fish Festival took place from August 28 to 31, 2025, at the CRC in Pozzolatico, Impruneta (FI). Four evenings featuring dinner with mixed fried fish, fried salt cod, seafood appetizers, pasta, and vegetarian/vegan options, with lunch service on Sunday. Every evening featured live music and free DJ sets, with proceeds supporting the Centro Storico Lebowski football academy.

2025 Edition of the Fried Fish Festival

The sixteenth edition of the Pozzolatico Fried Fish Festival was held from August 28 to 31, 2025, at the CRC of Pozzolatico, in the municipality of Impruneta (FI).

For four evenings, dinner service was offered featuring mixed fried fish, fried salt cod, seafood appetizers, pasta (orecchiette, tagliolini with mullet roe, grouper ravioli), and grilled main courses, with vegetarian and vegan options and lunch service on Sunday.

Every evening, from 9:00 PM, live music and free DJ sets alternated, ranging from karaoke nights to funk and electronic sounds, confirming the formula that combines good food and social life in support of the Centro Storico Lebowski football academy.
