Potato Run 2025: the record-breaking edition

The twenty-sixth edition of the Südtiroler Erdäpfllauf was held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, confirming the steady growth of this running event between Brunico and Campo Tures, in South Tyrol. With over 1,100 participants spread across the main 17.6 km race, the just4fun hobby run, the two-person relay, and the Mini Potato Run for children, the 2025 edition was one of the most crowded ever.

In the women's category, Agnes Tschurtschenthaler of Atl. Club 2000 Dobbiaco once again triumphed. The athlete from Sesto Pusteria, already a record-holder for victories on the Aurino track, secured her eighth win. The final party at the Festival Square in Campo Tures concluded a day of sport and community in the heart of the Ahrntal.
