Posola Potato Festival and Pro Loco Summer Events

The summer of 2025 in Posola confirmed the liveliness of the small hamlet of Sambuca Pistoiese, on the Pistoia Mountains. As per tradition, the Pro Loco Posola offered a program of events that accompanied the community throughout the summer months, featuring food and wine hikes, convivial evenings, and initiatives for families.

The central moment was once again the Potato Festival, dedicated to the signature product of the village's mountain cuisine, an opportunity to gather inhabitants and visitors around local specialties. The events, often for charity, reaffirmed the role of the Pro Loco in keeping the traditions of this authentic corner of the Tuscan Apennines alive.
