Porziuncola 2025: the 42nd edition

The 2025 edition of the Porziuncola - Fusilli and Pecorino Cheese Festival was held in Ceppaloni (Benevento, Campania) from Thursday, July 31 to Sunday, August 3, 2025, under the direction of the "Ing. Pino Di Donato" Pro Loco and the artistic direction of Luigi Blaso.

In Piazza Carmine Rossi, a larger country-style area was set up compared to previous years, with food stalls opening at 8:30 PM and a free shuttle service from 8:00 PM to midnight. On the counters, as always, were handmade fusilli with ragù, local pecorino, and Ceppaloni fried pizza; among the tables, the Ghiottone, the festival's greedy mascot, returned, played by an actor.

Cippofest 2025

• Thursday, July 31 - Sancto Ianne at 10:00 PM: the band born in Ceppaloni returned to play in the village after a ten-year absence, inaugurating the Cippofest
• Friday, August 1 - MPS - Movimento Popolare Sannita
• Saturday, August 2 - Sfessania
• Sunday, August 3 - Lumanera, with typical songs from Irpinia

Local press reported very positive attendance, confirming the Porziuncola as one of the most followed events of the Sannio summer.
