Edition 2025 — Pork Festival

The 44th Pork Festival in Villa Baldassarri took place on September 5th and 6th, 2025, with free admission. Two evenings of gastronomy and live music on multiple stages brought the village of Guagnano to life, featuring traditional Salento pork specialties accompanied by local red wine, amidst folklore, conviviality, and great public participation.

The 44th edition of the Pork Festival in Villa Baldassarri was held on September 5 and 6, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco Villa Baldassarri with the patronage of the Municipality of Guagnano and the support of the UNPLI. The event, with free admission, offered two evenings dedicated to pork cooked according to tradition, accompanied by red wine from Salento.

The musical program on two stages was rich. Friday, September 5, featured BandAdriatica and Benerika on the main stage, with Mistura Louca on the second stage. Saturday, September 6, saw Don Ciccio & Mama Marjas with the Ciccio Riccio Tour 2025, while the second stage hosted Talitakum taranta migrante. Thousands of visitors crowded the streets of Villa Baldassarri for one of the longest-running and most beloved festivals in upper Salento.
