Porcini Mushroom Fettuccine Festival

The 37th edition

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, Ascrea, in the Province of Rieti (Lazio), hosted the 37th edition of its historic festival dedicated to porcini mushroom fettuccine. The stands, set up under a large covered marquee, welcomed visitors from 12 PM and for dinner, until midnight.

On the table, the inevitable egg fettuccine with white porcini sauce, with bruschetta, sausages, beans, and local wine. The day was enlivened by the SMILF Street Band and, in the evening, the Enricottavo Show for dancing and singing. The program was completed by the Coldiretti market of typical products, a photography exhibition, and the usual free shuttle service from the provincial road to the town center, organized by the Pro Loco Ascrea APS with the patronage of the Municipality.
