Porcini Mushroom Festival 2025
The 31st edition opened on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM with the ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by the opening of the food stands at noon and, in the afternoon, the mycological and photographic exhibition and the craft stalls. The evening was dedicated to musical entertainment in the square.
On Saturday, September 6, the most anticipated moment was the cooking show by chef Gianfranco Vissani, followed by a live broadcast from Radio Radio at the festival, the darts tournament, and entertainment for children. Over the six days, there were burraco tournaments (with an entry fee including a mushroom sandwich and a drink), video game challenges, and guided walks in the woods of the Castelli Romani Park.
In 2025, the event, organized by the Pietro Pericoli Association, confirmed its position among the most popular festivals in Lazio, with tens of thousands of visitors arriving in Rocca Priora from Rome and all the Castelli Romani.
