Edition 2025 — Porcini Mushroom Festival
The 30th edition of the Porcini Mushroom and Polenta Festival animated Massa Macinaia, a village in Capannori (LU), from June 28 to July 27, 2025, every Saturday and Sunday for five weekends. The menu featured fried polenta crostini with porcini mushrooms, penne with porcini and all'amatriciana, zuppa alla frantoiana, grilled meats, roast beef, oven-baked pork shank, and the classic torta coi becchi.
The evenings were accompanied by live music: among the events, the Vasco Rossi tribute on Saturday, July 12, and the DJ set on Sunday, July 13. The event, with free admission, was entirely managed by the volunteers of the Misericordia of Massa Macinaia and San Giusto di Compito to support their charitable activities.
