Edition 2025 — Porcini and Chianina Festival

The 13th edition of the Porcini Mushroom and Chianina Beef Festival was held in Castelfranco di Sotto over five weekends: October 4-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, and October 31-November 2, 2025. The evening of Friday, October 31, featured a special Halloween dinner. The 2025 edition also starred tortelli with Chianina ragù, grilled steak, and porcini mushrooms.

The 2025 edition, the 13th of the event, took place over five weekends in October and the first days of November at the Circolo ARCI marquee in Castelfranco di Sotto, in the province of Pisa.

As per tradition, the stands offered fresh pasta with Chianina ragù or porcini mushrooms, grilled steak, roast beef with porcini, and fried porcini. A popular addition was the Halloween evening on Friday, October 31, with special evening opening hours from 7:30 PM.
