The 2025 edition of the Porchetta Festival was held on July 4 in Roseto Valfortore, as part of the rich Roseto summer program. A food and wine evening dedicated to traditional porchetta, featuring the typical flavors of the Monti Dauni and the convivial atmosphere of the village's historic center, in the province of Foggia.

The 2025 Porchetta Festival took place on July 4 in Roseto Valfortore, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the summer in this Monti Dauni village. The evening, dedicated to porchetta prepared according to tradition, was part of a broad summer program filled with food and wine evenings and cultural events.

The 2025 edition was part of a calendar that, between June and October, offered concerts, festivals, and popular traditions: from the Veal Festival to the Wheat Festival, from the Feast of the Madonna del Carmine to the Truffle Festival, as well as the musical performances that enlivened the squares of Roseto Valfortore, in the province of Foggia, Puglia.
