Edition 2025 — Pop Corn Festival del Corto

The eighth edition of the Pop Corn Festival del Corto took place from July 25th to 27th, 2025, at Piazzale dei Rioni in Porto Santo Stefano, featuring the theme "Imprints, traces of life." Eighteen short films were in competition, including 9 Italian, 5 international, and 4 animated shorts, awarded during the three free evenings.

Pop Corn Festival del Corto 2025 - 8th Edition

The 2025 edition, directed by Francesca Castriconi, featured the theme "Imprints, traces of life" with eighteen short films in competition. Winners included Marcello by Maurizio Lombardi for Best Italian Short, Rochelle by New Zealander Tom Furniss for Best International Short, and Playing God by Matteo Burani for Best Animated Short. The Raffaella Carrà Award went to Il Taglio by Jonas Rosario Capozzolo. Guests included director and actor Massimiliano Bruno and actress/director Yvonne Sciò.
