Edition 2025 — Casoncello Festival
In 2025, the Pontoglio Casoncello Festival renewed its winter appointment with the town's De.Co. gastronomic specialty. For two weeks, participating restaurants featured casoncello on their menus, while the Gran Galà at the San Giovanni Bosco Oratory brought the community together around the table.
The event once again coincided with the Feast of Saint Anthony Abbot, the town's patron saint, reinforcing the link between gastronomy, tradition, and identity in the province of Brescia.
