Edition 2025 — PTF
The first edition, summer 2025
The Pomigliano Theater Festival debuted from August 6 to September 17, 2025, in the inner courtyard of the Town Hall of Pomigliano d'Arco, in the province of Naples, under the artistic direction of Felice Panico and with the patronage of the Municipality, the Campania Region, and the Metropolitan City of Naples.
Opening the program was Paola Minaccioni with Is Life Beautiful? No. It's a Type; followed by Micia Nera and the Pomigliano Accounts of Imbriani with Valeria Impagliazzo and Nello Provenzano, Stories of Ordinary Magic with Blas Roca Rey and Rocco Roca Rey, the special evening The Last Knight of the Impossible dedicated to maestro Maurizio Scaparro with the narrator Pino Micol, Born to Run. The Fast Life of Steve Prefontaine with Felice Panico, and in closing, I Have It, I Have It, I'm Missing It with Matteo Cirillo.
Alongside the performances, all with free admission starting at 9:00 PM, free workshops were held in the Sala delle Capriate on Via Roma: The Little Curtain. Children on Stage, for children aged 3 to 10, and Let's Act the Myth, aimed at those under 40. The positive public response convinced the organizers to extend the festival with a winter coda, Winter Tales, which ran from December 16 to 20, 2025.
