Polentone Festival of Sant'Angelo in Pontano

The 28th edition of the Polentone Festival was held in Sant'Angelo in Pontano (MC) in October 2025, confirming its role in opening the autumn season in the Macerata hinterland. In 2025 as well, the event took place concurrently with the historic Bird Fair and Exhibition.

Pro Loco volunteers prepared the polentone according to the traditional recipe, seasoned with ragù and white sauce, accompanied by second courses, side dishes, and drinks. Service was available for both lunch and dinner, with consumption at the food stall or takeaway. Along the streets of the historic center, the market unfolded, featuring an exhibition of birds and farmyard animals, attracting hundreds of visitors.
