Edition 2025 — Siusi Polenta Festival

The 2025 edition of the Polentafest took place from Thursday, August 14 to Saturday, August 16, 2025, in the center of Siusi allo Sciliar. As per tradition, the Männerchor Seis am Schlern male choir enlivened three days of festivities with polenta in all its variations, folk music, and stalls selling local products, attracting residents and guests vacationing on the Sciliar plateau.

The 2025 Polenta Festival in Siusi allo Sciliar (Seis am Schlern), in the Municipality of Castelrotto (BZ), was held from August 14 to 16, 2025. The festival kicked off on Thursday the 14th from 6:00 PM, continued on Friday the 15th from 11:30 AM until evening, and concluded on Saturday the 16th. In the town center, under the gaze of the Sciliar massif, guests were able to enjoy polenta prepared according to peasant tradition and served with typical toppings, amidst live music, choral performances, and a market of local products. A warm village festival that confirmed the vitality of this summer event on the Alpe di Siusi.
