Polenta Festival 2025

The Polenta Festival in Rocca Sinibalda was held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the start of the Immaculate Conception long weekend, one of the weekends richest in festivals and markets in all of Lazio.

In the historic center of the village, in the province of Rieti, the day combined the tasting of polenta prepared according to the traditional recipe with guided tours of the castle and the historic center, a format that has become characteristic of the event. Around the square, stalls from the Christmas markets were set up, featuring crafts and goods from local producers, while live music accompanied the afternoon.

The event confirmed Rocca Sinibalda as one of the most popular destinations in the Turano Valley during the pre-Christmas period, alongside the Frascarelli Festival that the village hosts in the autumn.
