Polenta in Piazza 2025, the 22nd edition

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, Nazzano, in the province of Rome, celebrated the 22nd edition of its Polenta Festival. The heart of the day, as always, was Piazza della Rocca: from 12:30 PM, the distribution of polenta cooked in copper cauldrons, served with pork ragù or white with mushrooms and sausages, followed by mixed grilled meats, side dishes, and wine.

From 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, the alleys of the village hosted the craft market, while in the temporary exhibition spaces of the River Museum, the photo exhibition Living the Present 2025 was set up. At 8:00 PM, the day closed with the solemn procession that accompanied the statue of the patron saint back from the parish to the basilica. Free admission, organized by the Associazione Pro Loco Nazzano.
