Edition 2025 — Polenta Festival

In 2025, the Polenta Festival once again enlivened Corno Giovine on the October weekends, with the famous carbonara polenta and its traditional variations served amidst live music, an artisan market, and a walk along the Po riverbanks, continuing a tradition that attracts thousands of food lovers each year.

The 2025 edition confirmed the success of the event organized by the Amici del Presepe of Corno Giovine. Under the marquees of the Basso Lodigiano, the signature dishes of the festival were served: the carbonara polenta prepared by the Trentino masters, and the versions with cotechino, cod, braised meat, wild boar, and raspadura. The evenings alternated gastronomy and live music, while Sunday combined a walk along the riverbanks, the artisan market, and a religious moment with mass and procession, in a celebration that remains among the most cherished of the Lodi autumn.
