Edition 2025 — Polenta Festival

The 2025 edition of the Polenta Festival was held in Dodici Morelli, a hamlet of Cento (FE), under the covered and heated stand of the "E. Govoni" sports field. Pro Loco Tiramola offered hot polenta in classic, roasted, and fried versions with traditional toppings, welcomed as every year by a large influx of visitors from the towns of the Ferrara Bassa.

The 2025 edition of the Polenta Festival enlivened the hamlet of Dodici Morelli (Cento, province of Ferrara) with the usual November weekend dedicated to polenta. Under the covered and heated stand of the municipal sports field "E. Govoni", the volunteers of Pro Loco Tiramola served classic, roasted, and fried polenta accompanied by ragù, wild boar, cod, mushrooms, and grilled salami, as well as pappardelle, pumpkin tortelloni, and homemade desserts.

Opening was on Saturday from 7:00 PM and Sunday for lunch from 12:00 PM, with mandatory booking due to limited seating. In 2025, the festival once again confirmed its role as the main autumn event for the community of Dodici Morelli.
