Edition 2025 — Polenta Festival

The 28th edition of the Polenta Festival was held in Casperia on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the historic center of the medieval village, in the province of Rieti, Pro Loco Casperia offered Sabina polenta served beneath the castle walls, accompanied by live folk music, an artisan market, and cultural initiatives along the village alleys.

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, Casperia hosted the 28th edition of the Polenta Festival, one of the most heartfelt gastronomic events in the Rieti Sabina. From 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the village's historic center came alive with the food stand set up beneath the castle walls, where traditional Sabina polenta was served along with pork and local products, also available for takeaway.

The day combined taste and culture: an artisan market wound through the village streets, while live folk music, performances, and strolls to discover the historic center accompanied visitors. Organized by Pro Loco Casperia, the 2025 edition confirmed the event as an unmissable appointment of the Sabina autumn.
