The 44th edition, December 7, 2025

The 2025 edition of the Polenta Festival and Olive Oil and Olive Tree Feast took place on Sunday, December 7, in the historic center of Mandela (Metropolitan City of Rome Capital), with stalls opening from 11:00 AM and closing in the late afternoon. The day began with a solemn Mass and procession in honor of Saint Nicholas of Bari, the town's patron saint.

The menu featured bruschetta with new oil, polenta with pork ribs and sausage, the typical polenta rencocciata, fried pizzas, water, and local wine. In the afternoon, street performers, wandering musicians, DJ sets, karaoke, and group dances alternated, with the local folk group; Christmas and craft markets were set up among the alleys. As per tradition, the Gardens of Horace, inside the Castello Del Gallo, were opened for an extraordinary visit. The festival concluded with a lottery draw and a fireworks display.

The event was organized by the Municipality of Mandela with the contribution of the Lazio Region, in collaboration with the Parish of Saint Nicholas of Bari and local associations.
