Edition 2025 — Sieci Polenta Festival

In the winter of 2025, the Val di Sieci section of the Croce Azzurra of Pontassieve once again hosted its Polenta and Winter Flavors Festival in Sieci, a late-February event in Piazza Sergio Chiari. A village festival featuring polenta in its traditional variations, peposo, and Tuscan desserts, with proceeds going to the association's volunteer activities.

The 2025 edition of the Polenta and Winter Flavors Festival confirmed the winter tradition of Sieci, in the municipality of Pontassieve. As every year, the Croce Azzurra - Val di Sieci Section enlivened Piazza Sergio Chiari with polenta in its various versions, from fried crostini to preparations with meat sauce, mushrooms, sausage, and truffle, accompanied by the great dishes of Tuscan winter cuisine. A moment of conviviality for the whole valley and concrete support for the association's rescue activities.
