Edition 2025 — Christmas Markets

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, the historic center of Poggio Moiano hosted the Christmas Markets, included in the calendar of Christmas markets in Lazio for that weekend. Among the alleys of the Rieti village, artisans and Sabina producers lined up their stalls, with entertainment for children and the usual festive atmosphere organized by the Pro Loco and local associations.

The 2025 edition of the Poggio Moiano Christmas Markets took place on Saturday, December 20, in the village's historic center, in the province of Rieti. The event was part of the circuit of Christmas markets in Lazio highlighted for the weekend of December 20 and 21.

As in previous editions, the stalls offered local crafts, Christmas decorations, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, and traditional Sabina sweets, accompanied by entertainment for families. The event was part of the village's wider Christmas program, which over the years has brought together the nativity scene exhibition, musical events, and charity initiatives collecting toys and books for children supported by local associations.

Admission was free, as is tradition for a festival built by the volunteers of the Pro Loco Poggio Moiano APS.
