Edition 2025 — Gnocchi Festival

The 29th edition of the Poggio Cinolfo Gnocchi Festival took place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, in the mountain hamlet of Carsoli (AQ). Organized by the Pro Loco Aginulfo APS, the evening featured gnocchi with mutton sauce, mutton bites in sauce, and bean salad, with a menu priced at 15 euros. From 8:30 PM, the party continued with live music by The Energy Band, blending taste, folklore, and joy.

Gnocchi Festival 2025 — 29th Edition

The twenty-ninth edition of the Poggio Cinolfo Gnocchi Festival was held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, in the mountain hamlet of Carsoli (AQ), in Abruzzo. The event, managed by the Pro Loco Aginulfo APS, kicked off the village's summer season with an evening dedicated to local culinary tradition.

The food stalls offered gnocchi with mutton sauce, mutton bites in sauce, and a side of bean salad, accompanied by wine and water, with a fixed-price menu of 15 euros. Starting at 8:30 PM, the evening was enlivened by live music from The Energy Band, featuring dancing, folklore, and joy.
