Edition 2025 — Podistica delle Contrade
The 45th edition of the Podistica delle Contrade took place on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the Montemarcone district of Atessa (CH), with the meeting point in Piazza Ignazio Silone. The edition held special significance, hosting the UISP Abruzzo and Molise Regional Road Running Championship.
The program included youth races starting at 3:30 PM (distances of 80, 150, 300, 500, 800, and 1500 meters), the 4 km non-competitive walk at 5:15 PM, titled the Duilio Fornarola Memorial, and the 9.9 km competitive race at 5:30 PM, valid as the Ivana Lannutti Trophy.
The event was organized by ASD I Lupi d'Abruzzo and the Pro Loco Val di Sangro Atessa APS, with the support of the Municipality of Atessa, the Province of Chieti, and the Abruzzo Region, as part of the Corrilabruzzo UISP circuit.
